About

The Loop Music Academy officially launched in 2024, as an alternative to frustrating guitar/bass lesson options. Now, LMA uses it’s song-first approach to bring beginners faster results on many instruments.

LMA’s origins unofficially date back to 2017, when founder, Eric Loop, began teaching local guitar lessons in and around Dallas, TX. Over the years, he’s taught all ages and many levels of musicians, helping players develop their passion for music and their instrument. With constant iteration, Eric and the LMA team has refined his song-first approach and seen first-hand what it takes for students to succeed at the instrument.

Now serving students in both Dallas and Austin, TX, bringing our song-first, student-focused approach to more Texas musicians.
